Instructor Led Training

This introductory workforce development module targets entry-level trades workers in their first professional role, delivering three foundational soft skills — Communication, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, and Teamwork & Collaboration — through scenario-based learning grounded in adult learning theory.

Three coordinated deliverables were developed in Canva using a unified visual design system: a scenario-driven slide presentation, a scripted facilitator guide organized into Warm Up / Learn & Apply / Conclusion sections with in-person and virtual delivery guidance, and a learner workbook with fill-in activities, discussion prompts, and a personal commitment tool. Color selection across all three documents was guided by WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards to ensure readability and inclusivity across both print and screen formats.
